Single-incision laparoscopic surgery in Macao

Less trocar or hole for patient was better?
Actually, just short time immunologic change was difference. Scar still is the mainly concern by patient. Laparoscopic surgery was a main step in modern surgery. Small scar, fast recover, less future intestinal adhesion which already confirmed.

Personally started SILS, and all the wound was 1.2cm-1.5cm, except for extending to remove specimen.

Many types of special ports designed for Single Incision Laparoscopic Surgery, but still not solve the "fighting" problem and minimal incision should be bigger than 1.5cm. AND MORE EXPENSIVE!
